Last updated: March 30, 2026
Vive is operated by ZDN Enterprises, LLC (DBA Collabinlab). In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to ZDN Enterprises, LLC. This policy applies to the Vive mobile application and the website at vivewith.me.

Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Usage data: app interactions, feature usage patterns, session duration, and crash logs
- Network information: IP address and general location (city/region level)
- Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)
We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve Vive's core functionality. We do not request access to device capabilities (such as camera, microphone, contacts, or photos) that are unrelated to the app's features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Vive's wellness tracking features
- Track your mood and wellness progress over time
- Enable social features such as friend connections and leaderboards
- Send push notifications you have opted into (reminders, friend activity)
- Diagnose technical issues and improve app stability via crash logs
- Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve the product
3. Device Permissions
Vive may request the following device permissions. Each is optional, and the app remains functional if you decline:
- Notifications: To send wellness reminders and friend activity updates. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
We will never manipulate or force you into granting permissions. If you decline a permission, we will offer alternative ways to use the relevant feature where possible.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Your mood data and session history are private by default.
We use the following third-party services to operate Vive. Each provider is contractually required to protect your data to the same standard described in this policy:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and data storage
- Analytics services: Anonymized usage analytics to improve the app experience
We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
5. Consent and Withdrawal
We obtain your consent to collect and process your data when you create a Vive account. Paid features are never conditional on granting access to data unrelated to those features.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by:
- Adjusting your privacy settings within the app
- Disabling device permissions (e.g., notifications) in your device settings
- Deleting your account (see Section 8 below)
- Contacting us at support@vivewith.me
For users in the European Union, we process personal data under your consent or where necessary to provide the service you requested. Where we rely on legitimate interest under the GDPR, we do so only for purposes you would reasonably expect (such as app stability and security) and you may object at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on our servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:
- Account and wellness data: retained until you delete your account
- Crash logs and technical diagnostics: retained for up to 90 days
- Anonymized analytics data: may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You have the right to:
- Access and view the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5)
You can delete your account directly within the Vive app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your personal data in accordance with our retention policy above. You may also request deletion by emailing us at support@vivewith.me.
9. Account and Sign-In
An account is required to use Vive because the core functionality (mood tracking, wellness history, and social features) depends on persistent user identity. Providing your name and email is required for account creation; no additional personal information is required to use the app.
If you sign in using a third-party service (such as Sign in with Apple), we only access basic profile information (name and email) needed to create your account. We do not store third-party credentials on our servers. You can revoke the connection between Vive and any third-party sign-in service from within the app under Settings > Account > Connected Accounts.
10. Children's Privacy
Vive is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@vivewith.me.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Vive after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
